Fantastic! 10 stars if Google would let me. Dan and Jen showed up right on time and answered all our questions and quickly got to loading our mess (remodel mess, appliances, and random junk.) They seriously do it all-load, remove and leave your space spotless. We especially appreciated their promptness when scheduling and getting a quote-which you can't beat their rates! Lug&Load were right, we wished we would have called sooner! Call/Text them, really.

We had 1/2 a load of junk just sitting on the side of our house for months, piling up. One of those things you swear you are going to get to. On a whim I texted Dan on a Saturday morning just to see what could be done? He said they would get it done before noon, even though they were already on another job! He and Jen showed up, got everthing loaded and were ready to roll before I could make it to the corner store and back! Fast, professional and two of the nicest folks I've met in a while. Highly recommend them.

Dan and Jen were amazing! Not only did they answer me late in the day they also showed up the very next day right on time! We ended up doing some more cleaning and scheduled another pickup for the next morning. they did all the heavy lifting and were very quick. Prices were better then if we had tried to do it ourselves and now we have so much more space! I have added Lug&Load to my contacts and will be continuing to use them and recommend them every chance I get!

Wonderful experience. I called to have a sectional, part of another sectional, and a recliner chair hauled off. Much to my surprise, they were ready to come over within 2 hours (actually sooner but I wasn't ready). These guys (I should say guy and gal) check all the boxes when it comes to good service. Showed up on time, very polite, clean, very cognizant of not damaging my home, and charged a very reasonable price. I will continue to use Lug and Load and highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get the junk out of their house.

I searched around at a couple different companies. Right when I spoke to Dan I knew he had a top notch operation. Him and his wife arrived on time and cleaned everything above and beyond what was expected. I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 star. Will definitelyl use again.
